For Our Community
 |
In addition to reusing
and refurbishing art and materials from St. Johns' former
facilities in the new Patient Tower, we've almost exclusively
retained the work of local artists to decorate our new lobby and
patient floors.

St. John's is pleased to offer our
community the opportunity to utilize and enjoy our new facility.
Grand opening activities will include a
community health fair in the Catherine McAuley Conference Center from 10
a.m. to 6 p.m. Like other conference facilities on the St. John's campus,
the McAuley Center will be available for community use by reservation.
Brick pavers
St. John’s
Foundation for Community Health has established the courtyard brick paver
program to express gratitude, recognize and pay tribute to individuals who
have a special bond with St. John’s.
The
pavers will be placed in the outdoor courtyards of the new Patient
Tower. Pictured at right are pavers at the foot of a water feature in the
west courtyard.
Participants in this unique program can select from two sizes of brick
pavers. Sizes are: 4” x 8” ($125) which includes up to three lines,
20 characters per line including spaces or 8” x 8” ($500) which includes
up to six inscription lines or logo (6” logo, camera-ready art).
If you
are interested in reserving a paver,
please contact St.
John’s Foundation for Community Health at 417-820-6111 or

History
Wall
The
history wall, which runs along the
east wall of the Catherine McAuley Conference Center, tells the story of
the Sisters of Mercy in the mid-1800’s and continues St. John’s history
from 1891 through today.
The history wall is accented with Celtic
lettering in the spirit of the Irish heritage of the Sisters of Mercy.
