Exercise for Life

St. John’s Seniors Exercise for Life is a fun fitness program designed just for mature adults. 

Regular exercise is important to physical and mental health, regardless of your age.

St. John’s Exercise for Life program provides a variety of opportunities to enjoy group camaraderie with regular exercise, education and a program for tracking your progress.

 Fitness programs offered include St. John’s Seniors Walking Club, Bicycling Club (in partnership with Ozark Greenways), PACE (People with Arthritis Can Exercise) and Tai Chi.
