St. John's Health System is pleased to offer you the opportunity to send a free personalized card to a patient at St. John's Hospital.

All you need to do is select a card, type in the patient's name, your name, and a short note. St. John's Auxiliary volunteers will then print and deliver the card to your family member or friend.

¢ Patient greetings must be received by 11 AM CT to be delivered the same day.

¢ Greetings will be delivered Monday through Friday. Greetings received after 11 AM Friday, or anytime on Saturday or Sunday, will be delivered the following Monday.

¢ Greetings will not be forwarded to patients that have been discharged from the hospital.

We cannot deliver cards to patients in our emergency department or patients receiving outpatient surgery or outpatient procedures.

 Please make sure you include the patient's first and last name so our staff can ensure your greeting is delivered to the correct individual.
